Farmers, cops clash at Delhi border; govt to hold talks on Thursday

Tensions escalated on the second day of the farmers' 'Delhi Chalo' protest as clashes broke out between security personnel and farmers at various border points. Police used tear gas shells and rubber bullets to stop the farmers from entering the national capital. A team of Union ministers will hold a meeting with farmer leaders to address their demands.
