RCP Singh vows revenge, says joining BJP an option

Lalan Singh said that the "Chirag model" is being sought to be implemented again, and hinted that this time it is his predecessor RCP Singh who was the chosen vehicle. RCP Singh had quit JD(U) on Saturday. Lalan Singh also said that the party would not join the government at the Centre.
