SC issues notice to telcos, directors over dues

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to telecom companies and their directors directing them to explain why contempt proceedings shouldn't be initiated against them for not complying with its order to pay adjusted gross revenue (AGR) of Rs 1.47 lakh crore to the department of telecommunications (DoT).
