Jaitley writes letter to PM, opts out of new Cabinet citing health reasons

The union finance minister, Arun Jaitley on Wednesday in a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested to be relieved from any responsibility, opting out of the yet-to-be-formed cabinet. Jaitley requested that he "should be allowed a reasonable time for myself, my treatment and my health", thus, excusing himself from the new Government.
